Calera Solo Sessions - Compact Disc

Calera Solo Sessions (Chasm 2022) is an array of compositions and traditionals arranged for solo classical guitar. The COVID-19 pandemic for so many was a period of solitude, this album of work is a testament to this reality where the vast majority of musicians were obliged to isolate, recalibrate and perform in the refuge of their homes. Calera Solo Sessions is also a sequel to “Musings and Origins - Solo Acoustic” (CHASM 2019); albeit the latter was performed and recorded on a steel string flat-top acoustic. Calera Sessions demonstrates yet another facet of Diamond’s ever-expanding palette as an instrumentalist and composer.
